This class is suitable for those wishing to learn basic basket weaving skills.  Participants will have their choice of several different kits, first come, first served, as availability permits.  Each kit will contain all the necessary materials to complete your project.  Please indicate your first and second choice preference when registering for the class.
 
Pie tote basket - wood base, leather handles, for a 9” pie - 2 available, $50/kit
Spring basket - round wood base, wood handle, incorporates colored reed - 4 available, $50/kit
Wall basket - wood handle, flat on one side - great for letters - 3 available, $40/kit
Weed basket - has a small wooden ear (handle) - woven with reed - perfect for dried or artificial flowers - 2 available, $40/kit
Market basket - small rectangular basket, woven with reed - nice for gathering eggs or just sitting on your kitchen counter - 4 available, $40/kit
 
Participants should bring  scissors,  an old towel, 12-15 clothespins,  and a thin letter opener or a small screwdriver.

Cost: $75.00 (credit card) plus materials fee based on your choice of basket paid to the instructor
