2-day Workshop
 
Bags, purses, and totes - create a carrying vessel of any shape or size. You may already have fabric in your stash, handwoven or not, that is suitable for a bag. If not, weave sturdy fabric using yarn or rags. From elegant to simple and functional, choose from patterns provided, have fun creating your own unique project, or bring a commercial pattern. Using a PowerPoint presentation, you will be guided in every step of planning and construction of your chosen bag. The ability to use a sewing machine is necessary. 
 
Student equipment required: 
Sewing machine in good working order and handwoven or commercial fabric.  Additional supplies required. Full supply list will be provided upon registration.
 
Dates: Thursday and Friday, May 21 – 22, 2026
Time: 10 AM – 5 PM
 
Cost: $265.00 (credit card) - $75 is non-refundable registration fee
$250.00 (cash/check) - $75.00 when register, balance by day of workshop.
