We will be creating a pair of felted mittens using a technique that requires a single resist to make both mittens. This allows for a more even layout and equal felting pressure for both mittens at the same time.
 
Other techniques we will explore are working on a layout that is placed on the inside and then turned to the outside after felting.  In addition, we will create a multi layer design to embellish our mittens. Of course, you are free to design your own embellishments. We will also discuss creating a short length of hand spun yarn. 
 
You will have a lovely pair of mittens to use this coming winter.
