Weave A Dish Towel
Want to try your hand at weaving or do you want to weave a dishtowel without warping the loom? Come weave a dishtowel.
The warp is white, choose your color(s) of the weft. You may weave the towel in just one color or design a striped warp. You will weave 34” to create a towel approximately 16” X 28” hemmed after washing. Towels will take approximately 6 – 8 hours to weave. You may weave the dishtowel in a single day or over two weeks.
The cost is $45.00 per towel, including instruction.
Email the studio (firstname.lastname@example.org) to reserve your spot.
A Place to Weave will provide:
1. A community environment small enough to meet the needs of each weaver.
2. Instruction in theory for weavers who desire further knowledge and a place
for practical study.
3. A place and time for project-oriented
students to weave.
4. Access to patterns, equipment
and supplies to meet the needs
of project-oriented weavers.
Our new studio has over 5000 square feet of
learning and retail space.
